NCA's staff has one of the most rewarding jobs a person can find. Each day they assist in the daily needs of our disabled artists, while helping them to grow in a huge way with their artwork, making friends and finding what their strengths are. Here everyone is like a big family. Old and young, big and small, we stick together and help each other to feel secure, cared for, and have a general sense of well being. Greeting artists as they come in the door and saying good bye each day is a reward, because these people are genuinely glad to see you every day and will greet you with a smile and hello every time. They fill our hearts and inspire our minds to be the best that we can be for them.
