My name is Kayla Larsen and I am 20 years old. I like to sing and dance. I like to look at magazines, make up stories, and when I am at NCA I like to work. My work at NCA is weaving, clay, drawing, and. performing arts. When I weave, I make scarves, baby blankets, and placemats. When I work in clay I make some pots, and rattles. When I am in drawing class I like to use markers. I like to draw motorcycles, bikes, people, boats, hot air balloons, and people dancing. When I am drawing I also write stories with my pictures. My stories tell about the picture. I like my instructors because they are good people who are nice. My favorite class at NCA is my Performing Arts class. I like this class because singing and dancing are my favorite things to do. My second favorite class is weaving. I like weaving because I like my instructor Kris. She is a good person. I also like to weave on the loom. I really like to make scarves. I love to use the color pink when I weave. I am trying new colors like light green and blue that sparkles. When I am done weaving I even know how to finish my project. I take it off the loom, tie knots where needed and get it ready for the next show. I have been going to NCA for 3 years now and I would like to stay at NCA for as long as I can. I love earning paychecks from my art work!
